Convenient and Comfortable Airport Stay
friendly staff easy access good room reasonable price
The staff were VERY friendly and always ready to assist. I found it easy to access terminal 4 from the hotel via a covered walkway. The room was a good size and included a decent bathroom, which i appreciate. The restaurant offered a good range of food options, and I thought the prices were reasonable.
The covered walkway to the terminal was not as clean as i expected. This could use some attention.

The hotel has a convenient walkway to Terminal 4. I found the room very clean and the bed was comfortable (i slept so well!).
The tv setup in the room made using some functions difficult.

the hotel is very conveniently located at terminal 4. i found it easy to access the trains to other terminals. the staff promptly answered all my emails before our arrival. the breakfast was fantastic and varied.
the tunnel to the airport needs repainting. it feels old and a bit worn. the terminal has been renewed so it doesn't match the hotel's standards.
